Lucknow: The Koshala Half Marathon 2026, organised by Koshala Wellness under Perspective Cultural Foundation, concluded on a high note at Janeshwar Mishra Park, Lucknow. Themed ‘Run for Mental Health’, the event witnessed hundreds of participants across four race categories — 2KM, 5KM, 10KM, and 21KM — in what proved to be one of the city’s most impactful wellness events in recent memory.
The morning was marked by extraordinary energy and cross-generational participation, with senior citizens and young runners taking to the course together. Beyond the race itself, the event featured Zumba sessions, push-up challenges, and short sporting activities, all carefully curated to make mental health central to the experience. The post-run festival concluded with spirited dance performances by volunteers and participants, bringing the morning to a joyful close.
The event was anchored by RJ Sona and Deepak, who kept the energy high throughout. Race ambassadors, pacers, and sponsors including Decathlon, Eldeco, Amrawati, Yakult, Enerzal, VitZip, PhysioCare, XtroFit Lab, Hum Raahi Foundation, Sehat Indauri Poha and Red FM 93.5 were all present on ground, making the event a truly collective effort.

Speaking at the occasion, Prashant Singh, Founder of Koshala Wellness, said: “There is a real need to curate experiences where runners are the priority and mental health is at the heart of what we do. Today proved that Lucknow is ready for that conversation.”
Backed by the Lucknow Development Authority, the Koshala Half Marathon has established itself as a landmark annual event for the city. They will also be returning with the much-anticipated Koshala Literature Festivals’ 5th Edition, scheduled from 27th to 30th November 2026; promising another rich celebration of literature, culture, and community for Lucknow.
